Happy Birthday JASMINE=)))hello..today training was superrr tough..nuts..i gng to be dead....haha..but can help to increase our speed and flexiblity tt wad the coach say...then me jasmine wanyu and gnia fake alot of things like the defencing and attacking part..haha...of cuz when he is not looking la.haha..yup..as usual he comment on my right side layup....n he ask me to use one hand n ask me to place my left hand behind my back...oh men...nuts..totally...oh men men men men..oh ya the cut on my knee is getting worst..not healing la...the bloody little kid fault..i sat at the front of the bus where the two seats face each other one..then i was sitting at the lower seat..a little kid sat at the top n he kept swinging his legs n hit my injury...wth...now got the yellowish thingy coming out..gross...oh men..decaying manz.
